That’s an important change in Cuban immigration policy, at least for investors who want to live in Cuba.
On the design books :::
Varadero 5000 new rooms or ???
Holguin 2000 new rooms or ???
Pinar Del Rio - new marina and resort complex
Wow thanks for posting this. This is big change as now foreigners can buy legally properties in Cuba and get visa to stay in Cuba.
My bet is that it’s not that simple… see what happens when you want to sell the property you bought… then the ugly fine print details will show that the only way you’re allowed to sell is back to the government, and they set the price.
That’s my guess, time will tell.
The condos in Varadero are said to be sold on 99 year leases.
So were the ones sold in Havana years ago, but when it came time to sell the only buyer allowed was the government and they set the price. Sellers lost their shirts.

Do you have any idea of the prices that they will be selling condos for in Marina Varadero?
