Virgin Atlantic Flights to Havana

Does anyone know whether Virgin Atlantic provides Tourist cards to passengers if you have booked flight only with them?

Or do we need to go to the Cuban embassy and get them ourselves?

Thanks

Good luck with trying to get a straight answer out of Virgin Atlantic’s horrible Customer Service Department, but in the past on a flight-only ticket you had to supply your own Tourist Card when departing from the UK.

These guys offer a great, hassle free service:

Or you can do it yourself right at the Embassy:

Agree with Martian - flight only means you buy your own tourist card. Usually
