Whale watching

is it that time of the year, that whales are swimming up and down the coast…does anybody know how long this goes on for…boy it would be great to take a few picture of them swimming…

Most of the whales are quite far off shore, Samana Bay is the place to whale watch.
They will be done their migration very soon.

Just happened to read on Sosua News this morning, the whales have been sighted: check out Sosuanews.com

it also stated in that article, that soon you will not be able to take day-trips out there to see them…they are building observation areas for tourists instead and those local’s that relied on these trips for their employment will be offered employment elsehwere…

Just found this in the POP Report
